- spection to determine customer needs and special conditions (as required).
- Gain a mutual understanding of the commitment required to complete the project.
- Ensure assigned operators have a complete understanding of the project and any special conditions such as on-site safety training and personal protective equipment.
- Calgary Crane’s operators conduct an on-site tail gate meeting with contractors directly involved with the crane at the start of every project, each and every day. A field level hazard assessment is completed at that time. Operators have authority to work to resolve issues and stop work until all hazards are controlled.
- A post-service call is conducted with the customer to ensure the project was completed to their satisfaction.
- Customer service issues are personally resolved through the President of Calgary Crane.
